Great value for the money, with a nicely remodeled room and a location as close to the sea as you can get. The staff, particularly the friendly and personable young ladies, went above and beyond to ensure our comfort.
The breakfast could be improved, with small portions and a wait time of 20-30 minutes for it to be served. However, the staff and overall experience at the hotel made up for this slight inconvenience.

This hotel was very clean and excellent value for money. However the map provided with the booking is badly misleading (the hotel is 10 minutes' walk from the railway station; follow the trolleybus wires in the same direction as the trains arrive and the hotel is on the left). My booking confirmation said that sheets & towels were not provided; that was not true. Everything was provided and was spotlessly clean. The hotel accepts all currencies, but preferred to be paid in Lev.

Gran Via is small but quite newly built. The rooms had been 'designed' so everything matched. A small fridge would be a good addition. I advised the owner to promote as a 'boutique' hotel in view of the styling. 9/10

The hotel is fantastic! The location is spot on, right in the city center and only a short walk to the beach. The staff are incredibly friendly and attentive, making our stay even more enjoyable. The rooms are cozy and have all the basic amenities you need, plus some have balconies with great views. And let's not forget the included breakfast, which is absolutely delicious!
All was great, no complaints at all!

Great place to stay in burgas. Near the beach with all kind off nice beachtents. Burgas is a very nice and western city. The elavator is hot but it's there so.... In the garden you can drink a very good cup of coffee. The airco is very good and the room is new. Good beds. Breakfast at the happy! At last a great compliment to the staff. Very kind and helpfull. The girl speaks englisch.

Reception staff was very kind and assisting even when we had to modify the reservation shortly before arrival. The modern decorated room was spacious and clean as the description read. The hotel is situated in a new and quiet residence building on the border of the central pedestrian street.
Only limited public parking space was available nearby. It would be great to have breakfast included and fridge in the room, especially during summer. Noise is unavoidable as windows overlook a major central street.

Fantastic little hotel. Excellent location a few minutes from the beach, the town centre and just across the road from the park which is such a feature of Bourgas life. Really clean and modern decor, very friendly and helpful owner, who speaks English. Will definately use again and would highly recommend.
Would have been nice to have a small breakfast provided, but wasn't a problem as we were recommended a small bakery which is only 2 minutes away from the hotel, and provides the best bulgarian pastries we have tried.

The friendliness and helpfulness of everyone throughout our stay, we were treated like VIP'S. The cleanliness of the bar, patio area and especially the room. Felt as if we had been the first occupants since a complete makeover, not a speck of dust anywhere. The location was perfect for visiting the sea gardens or shopping. Planning to stay again soon.

They placed us in a guest room which was stylish and brand-new;))
Didn't like the staff, some of them were very unprofessional.

A lovely hotel with superb staff, willing to help out. Only 5 minutes from the centre of town but a stones throw from the beach.
Just starting out so lacks a little atmosphere.
